What does it take to be an effective fintech product manager in the disruptive digital era? This course will equip individuals with a solid understanding of product management in a digital age and its application in digital finance businesses within developing markets and low-to-middle income (LMIC) countries. Students who successfully complete this course will have a clear understanding of the role of a product manager and the unique skills that an effective product manager needs.

Our Product Management for FinTech course has been developed with digital finance product managers in mind. It is tailored to suit people currently working in or looking to work with and manage a wide range of fintech products. This would include managers, product managers, project managers, business analysts, marketers, salespeople and business developers as well as commercial and finance staff. This course will also help students to effectively identify and avoid common reasons for product failure, guide product strategy, roadmaps and financial models, and design successful launch plans. Students will also learn how to communicate and document product features effectively and identify the key metrics that need to be monitored and managed.
